A full house of over 50 RI authors turned out last night to hear Independent Publishers of New England (IPNE) president Charlotte Pierce (Pierce Press) talk about the mission of IPNE, the 2016 New England Publishing Conference, and the 3rd Annual IPNE Book Awards. 2016 is shaping up to be a great year for books in Rhode Island. #RIAUTHORS
